DHL Partners with Shopify to Power Cross-Border Shipping

DHL and Shopify have entered into a partnership that expands international shipping services available to U.S. merchants. This DHL–Shopify shipping integration brings cross-border logistics options directly into Shopify, giving small and midsize businesses access to reliable, cost-effective delivery solutions with both DDP and DDU terms.

Through this integration, merchants can enable DHL's international shipping services inside the Shopify admin. Both delivery duty paid (DDP) and delivery duty unpaid (DDU) are supported, allowing duties and taxes to be collected at checkout or paid by the recipient upon delivery.

DHL's International Parcels Direct service delivers to 37 core e-commerce markets in 5–12 business days and includes end-to-end tracking, an estimated delivery date, up to US$100 in value protection, and DDP support.
