Amazon Europe Lowers FBA Fees for Small Oversized Items in 2024

Amazon Europe recently announced that, starting from September 16, the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipping fees for small oversized items will be reduced.
According to the announcement, in an effort to enhance its FBA service, Amazon will lower the domestic and Pan-European FBA shipping rates for small oversized items across its UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain marketplaces. The fee reductions can be as high as £1.60/€1.87 for these items. By lowering these fees, Amazon aims to help sellers offer a broader selection of small oversized items to customers.
Starting from September 16, 2024, Amazon will reduce FBA shipping fees for the following small oversized items:
- In the UK, France, Italy, and Spain stores, all four small oversized size tiers (items with dimensions ≤ 61x46x46 cm and weight not exceeding 1.76 kg) will enjoy a 12-30% discount.
- In the Germany store, two small oversized size tiers (items with dimensions ≤ 61x46x46 cm and weight not exceeding 1.26 kg) will enjoy a 22-28% discount.
Additionally, all other domestic FBA shipping rates in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain will remain unchanged. Sellers can view the updated rates by visiting the 2024 Amazon FBA fee changes page.
