For items purchased on or after March 25, 2024, Amazon will shorten the return period for customers in the following categories from 30 to 14 days, starting on the day the product is delivered: Camera, Electronics, Office Supplies, Computers, Wireless, Video Games, Music, and Video/DVD. Amazon devices and Amazon Renewed products are excluded. To provide customers with a consistent shopping experience, this change applies to all categories sold on Amazon, regardless of shipping channel. This means that the return period must be at least 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
