Shopee has announced a series of upgrades to the Shopee My Products page, adding clearer product data, smarter tagging, and new optimization prompts to help sellers make better decisions and drive growth with Shopee product performance analytics. New Search Filters: Category and Key Focus Product

Shopee added two new filters to make product search more precise: Category and Key Focus Product. Sellers can now filter items by category or subcategory to locate listings faster.

The Key Focus Product filter is designed to flag bestsellers, high-potential items, and products with emerging opportunities—helping sellers prioritize what to optimize next.

Top Sales and Growing Potential Views

Within the Top Sales view, sellers can review products performing strongly as well as items showing a decline in sales. The Growing Potential view highlights listings such as:

Results are sorted by Shopee’s recommended order by default, and sellers can also choose Sort By Recent to view listings by most recent publish date.

Quick Filters and Low Stock Alerts

Shopee also introduced quick filters, including:

• Bidding Eligible
• Low Stock
• Top Sales

Sellers can select only one filter at a time. When inventory is limited, a Low label appears under the stock quantity. Sellers can click the stock number and choose Set Low Stock Alert to enable inventory warnings.

For listings with multiple variations, sellers can set stock levels per variant or use Batch Setting to apply the same threshold across all variations.

Promotion Details Shown Directly on the Product List

If a product is currently participating in—or scheduled to join—a promotion, Shopee will underline the listed price on the product page. Hovering over the price reveals key details such as:

• Promotion type
• Promotional price
• Campaign duration

This makes it easier to confirm pricing status without opening each listing.

Performance Metrics: Sales and Impressions with Trend Comparison

Under Performance, Shopee added expanded metrics so sellers can quickly review:

• Total units sold (overall)
• Units sold in the past 30 days
• Impressions (exposure) in the past 30 days

By clicking the chart icon, sellers can view 30-day trends for sales and impressions and compare them against the previous 30-day period to spot meaningful changes.

For products with multiple variations, sellers can view overall 30-day performance, while individual variations display total units sold only. Shopee also notes that sellers can find deeper KPI breakdowns through Business Insights > Product Performance.

Smart Diagnosis: Five Performance Tags

In Shopee Smart Diagnosis, Shopee introduced five performance tags to give sellers a quick read on product status:

• Opportunity New Product: Promotion could attract new buyers and increase traffic.
• Top Sales: Strong performance; maintain ranking and visibility.
• Top Sales but Downward Trend: Sales are down 50% over the last 30 days.
• High Conversion but Low Traffic: Traffic is below the category average over the last 30 days.
• High Traffic Low Conversion: Conversion rate is below the category average over the last 30 days.

These tags provide a straightforward reference for market performance and support more targeted actions.

Smart Diagnosis Tasks: Actionable Optimization Recommendations

Smart Diagnosis also displays actionable tasks aimed at improving visibility and sales. Up to four task types may appear:

• Content Quality: Evaluates listing quality and highlights areas to improve.
• Risky Stock: Warns when inventory may run low soon.
• Invest in Ads: Flags opportunities to increase exposure with ads.
• Price Bidding Eligible: Encourages keyword bidding to secure stronger ad placement.

Sellers can hover over a task and click Check Details to see specific recommendations. Completed tasks are logged in L30D Optimization Record (optimization records from the past 30 days).
