Amazon U.S.: Key FBA Inventory Deadlines for Peak Season

Recently, Amazon’s U.S. site released the FBA inventory cut-off dates for the Fall Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales events.
According to the announcement, to maintain stock levels during the peak season and ensure products receive the Prime badge during these events, FBA inventory must arrive at U.S. fulfillment centers by the following dates:
- Fall Prime Day: September 13
- Black Friday and Cyber Monday: October 19
To help optimize holiday inventory strategies, sellers can utilize Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) as a cost-effective storage solution with pay-as-you-go pricing. With AWD, Amazon will automatically replenish products to fulfillment centers as needed to maintain appropriate FBA inventory levels. No additional fees are required during peak periods, and inventory replenished from AWD will not count towards FBA capacity limits.
Additionally, for a limited time, sellers will enjoy a 25% discount on base AWD storage fees and a 15% discount on base AWD processing and transportation fees. These discounts will be automatically reflected in the monthly fee reports in Seller Central.
